OUR STORY

Life is busy—and "healthy" often turns into ultra-processed convenience food. We wanted something better: real, whole-muscle chicken breast that fits everyday life.

DAK Lab started from a personal need.

As a busy professional, I wanted an easy way to get protein into my day—something simple to carry, easy to eat, and actually enjoyable. I didn't want to rely on protein bars, shakes, or overly processed snacks—and I definitely didn't want protein that smelled or tasted unpleasant.

So I set out to make a chicken product that I would genuinely want to eat.

We carefully marinate our chicken so it stays clean-tasting, tender, and free from that unpleasant "chicken odor." No heavy sauces to hide flaws—just balanced seasoning that lets the chicken speak for itself.

Our name reflects this mission.

DAK means chicken in Korean.

LAB represents our commitment to research and development—constantly testing, improving, and refining so we can deliver chicken breast that is safer, better tasting, and more enjoyable.

Every pouch is made with whole-muscle chicken breast, clean, natural ingredients, and processed using retort technology so it's shelf-stable at room temperature.

We believe everyone needs protein—but no one should have to choose between convenience and quality.
