SHIPPING POLICY

At DAK Lab, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM (PST) may be processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

International shipping may become available in the future.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping (if offered): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Occasional promotions may include free shipping or discounted shipping.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

SHELF-STABLE SHIPPING

Because our products are shelf-stable, refrigeration is not required during shipping. Your order is safe to travel at ambient temperatures.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

DAK Lab is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

DAK Lab is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dak-lab.com with:

Photos of the package and product

We will review and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
